the staff were really helpful and made our stay comfortable. we faced issues with dining options.

despite the nice foyer, my room faced a street with overwhelming noise, making relaxation impossible. additionally, housekeeping barely cleaned, leaving dirt in clear view. given my expectation of a complimentary upgrade for putting up with these inconveniences, it’s such a shame I just couldn’t give a good review. disappointing overall, really.

During my stay, the main pool was closed for three days, which really ruined my time as I was celebrating my birthday. I also found the check-in process frustrating, as we weren't informed about the pool's closure in advance. To top it off, the housekeeping service was disappointing. our sheets were never changed, and the cleaning wasn't thorough, leaving me feeling quite displeased with the overall experience.

The breakfast spread was something else, with all sorts of tasty options to kickstart the day, and I loved unwinding in the spa after a busy schedule. There’s a fantastic outdoor swimming pool and a steam room that really helped me relax. A tiny hiccup was that the evening entertainment could use a bit more variety, but it didn't really take away from my overall experience! 😊

The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, making them very comfortable for seniors. The staff was always attentive, ensuring our needs were met promptly, enhancing our overall experience throughout our stay.

Lekker spot for a chill brekkie, the variety was proper and the staff were always smiling, ya. The pool areas were clean, and loved the fact that the staff were friendly and helpful all the time. The app helped us find fun stuff to do daily, which was a bonus!

Had a bit of a wait for towels in the room one evening. called a second time after 35 minutes, so that was a little annoying.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel has two fantastic outdoor pools, and we enjoyed fun activities like tennis and volleyball. Evening shows and live music were a hit, too! Don't miss the cocktails at the pool bar – they were the best. The location is also ideal for exploring the area.

I had an issue with the housekeeping. they didn't replace dirty towels regularly. This stuck out as a downside during our stay, and it left us a bit disappointed.
